How does the detoxification plan work?

Our Detoxification Plan provides foods that contain little acid and help you to restore your body's acid-base balance, much like base fasting. The recipes are easy to implement and can be perfectly integrated into everyday life.

In addition, we have special tips for you, which support your cleaning from the inside and pamper the body. Make sure you drink enough: still water and herbal tea are allowed!

Detoxification Day 1:

Enjoy

In the morning: Amaranth-based cereal (health food): 5 tablespoons with 150 ml of soy milk and fruit noon: Season carrot salad with 3 grated carrots with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley In the evening: Boiled potatoes with olive cream (finished product in a health food store)



Care for

After work: 30 minutes of light exercise in the fresh air, z. Cycling, a brisk forest walk or gardening. Through the deeper breathing in the open air, we provide the lungs with more oxygen, which promotes detoxification.

Clean

Before breakfast: 2 tablets of Schüßler salt No. 9 Sodium phosphoricum D6 Melt in the mouth, which stimulates the kidney metabolism.

Detoxification Day 2:

Care for

In the afternoon: Abdominal massage: rotate with the palm of your hand clockwise with gentle pressure around the navel, for 5 min., In larger and smaller circles - improves blood circulation in the gastrointestinal tract.

Clean

3 times a day: Take 1 tbsp of artichoke juice before each meal to stimulate liver cleansing. Tastes bitter, but helps!

Care for

Morning: Sweat to cleanse the skin? This works great with 5 minutes skipping. Then cool off.

Clean

In the evening: Come to rest. Turn off cell phone, computer, radio and TV, ask the family for a quarter of an hour off. Sit, stay silent, reflect.

Care for
