Despite blindness: Beauty blogger turns make-up videos

Handicap - So what?

The young Englishwoman Lucy Edwards seems to be an ordinary teenager: On her youtube channel "Yesterday's Wishes", the 19-year-old uploads make-up videos and tutorials from time to time, hoping to make one or two a make-up To be able to show tricks and tricks. So she makes up Smokey Eyes or contoured her facial features. So normal. But Lucy has a handicap: A few years ago she suddenly went blind. However, she does not let that get her down and continues to post videos with make-up tips about the perfect eyeliner or a precisely made-up lip. She even does that so well that as a bystander you hardly realize that the young woman can no longer see. But see for yourself:

"It's not always easy, but I'll keep going!"

Of course, it is not always easy for them to continue living as normally as possible with a sudden blindness. But Lucy does not give up and always proves humor in her videos. "I hope my look looks good, otherwise please write in the comments," she says in one of her off-topic tutorials. At the same time, we can learn quite a lot about her make-up technique: for example, that we should rely on our senses. And no matter what happens, we can feel good in any situation and under any circumstances. Keep it up, Lucy!
