Care about Meghan: Does the pregnant duchess take too much care?

Just recently, Duchess Meghan, 37, celebrated her baby party with some of her closest friends in New York, traveled back to London, and from there on to North Africa. Together with husband Prince Harry (34) visited the pregnant Duchess of Sussex from 23 to 25 February on behalf of "Her Majesty's Government" Morocco, as the Kensington Palace had announced via Twitter. Is that too much stress for the expectant mom?

Three continents in a few days

The royal baby is expected in late April or early May. In many cultures, pregnant women are cared for in the last trimester and protected from any exertion. With increasing duration of pregnancy, Meghan's body has to do more and more because it supplies two organisms. But the Duchess of Sussex is in the travel stress before the birth of her first child. In just a few days, she travels three continents - North America, Europe and Africa - covering thousands of miles on the plane.

The journey to Morocco is not harmful for the child, experts agree. It can be assumed that the pregnant Duchess is traveling in a private jet and is housed and taken care of in the best hotels. Since the flight takes more than three hours, experts recommend thrombosis stockings. Nevertheless, caution is required.

That's what Meghan needs to look out for in Morocco

Traveling diarrhea is the most common tourist disease in unfamiliar spices or food preparation and can be dangerous for pregnant women. However, Meghan can take protective measures: do not drink tap water or skip ice cubes, fruits, vegetables and food from a cold buffet.

The exact program for the stay in Morocco is not yet known, but it can be assumed that Meghan and Harry King Mohammed VI. (55) and meet Prime Minister Saadeddine Othmani (63) and visit special tourist attractions. It will be Meghan and Harry's first longer trip abroad in 2019 after being in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga in the fall of 2018.
