This robot conjures emojis on the fingernails

You like manicure and like to communicate with emojis? Then you've probably waited eagerly for this invention: The "Nailbot", a portable robot from the company Preemadonna, prints your favorite motifs - and your own designs or photos - in a few seconds on the fingernails. This saves not only the salon visit, but also the fiddling with mini-adhesive picture.

The two Americans Pree Walia and Casey Schulz, who are currently promoting promotional funds on the crowdfunding platform Indiegogo, invented and developed it. Behind the "Nailbot" is even more than just the "I-make-me-the-nails-beautiful" thought. The two founders want to get girls interested in technology and their interest in programming - with a tool that lets their creativity run wild.

And this is how it works:

Depending on the desired motif, the fingernails are painted with a light or dark varnish and a special base coat to keep the ink well. The motifs must be stored in the associated app so that the robot can print them afterwards. And then you can start: dock the smartphone on the "Nailbot", select the motif, place your finger in the hollow, print - done! If the result does not convince you, you can wipe the mini-picture with ordinary nail polish remover. Here you will learn more about the robot:
