We want to see your balcony!

Here are the winners of the competition "Show us your summer balcony!

In the spring, as soon as the sun is a bit longer, we get out the balcony and garden furniture, plant flowers and vegetables and prepare everything for the sunny months. Because when the summer is here, we enjoy the time on the balcony and in the garden. How did you do it nicely? What did you do for your balcony? What is your green luck? At the contest "My Summer Balcony" by ChroniquesDuVasteMonde and DaWanda we want to see your balconies and gardens. Because we are quite sure: you have made it really nice!

Here you can participate in the competition! Upload a photo of your summery decorated balcony or garden and write us what exactly you did. The best ideas will be awarded with DaWanda vouchers.

The profits

The three-member jury will select the winners. The most beautiful balcony / garden will be rewarded with a DaWanda voucher worth 100 euros, the second place will be honored with a voucher of 50 euros, another eight winners will each receive a voucher worth 20 euros. We also show the most beautiful ideas on ChroniquesDuVasteMonde Digital and DaWanda.

Please note: The legal process is excluded. The prize can not be paid in cash. Closing date is August 31, 2015. Winners will be announced in early September 2015. Please also note our terms and conditions for photo contests.

The jury

Claudia Helming is the founder and boss of Germany's largest self-made community. At the online market place, creative people sell handmade accessories, gifts, jewelry, toys, furniture and fashion. DaWanda delighted now also DIY enthusiasts throughout Europe.

Julia Flöter has worked as an editor for various women's and lifestyle magazines, looks after the housing department of the "ChroniquesDuVasteMonde" as a freelance journalist and enjoys breakfast on the balcony at the weekend, even planted tomatoes and her hammock in the garden.

Eva Spundflasche is chief editor of ChroniquesDuVasteMonde Digital. She prefers spending the summer outside. Unfortunately, her new apartment has no balcony: It is then more often in the park and as a guest on foreign balconies.
