Instructions for a cable-knit pullover in sizes S / M / L

Material: 300/350/400 g Brown Fb 0068 "Sol Luxe" (78% Cotton, 22% Polyester, LL 100 m / 50 g), 100/125/150 g Brown Fb 0067 "Alpaca Superlight" (54% Alpaca, 24% Polyamide, 22% wool, LL 199 m / 25 g) from Lang Yarns. Knitting needles no. 6 + 7 (if you are loosely knitting) or 7 + 8 (if you knit tightly - it is important that you refer to the information given in the stitching). 1 pigtail needle.

Note: It is possible that the given wool can not be bought anymore. In this case, you are looking for a similar quality. Please note the specified run length and do a stitch test!

Attention: The sweater is knitted with double thread - one thread each "Sol Luxe" and "Alpaca Superlight".

Federal pattern (BM): with a thin needle: 1 st at left, 1 st at right.

Smooth right (GR): with thick needle: right row, left back row.

Cable pattern (ZM) over 15 M: 1. R: All M right. All back rows: Knit the M on the left. 3rd row: Work 5 sts to the right (place 5 sts on a pigtail needle behind the work, knit the following 5 sts on the right, then knit the 5 sts of the pigtail needle on the right), 5 sts on the right. 5. + 7. R: knit the sts as they appear. 9th round: 5 sts to the right, 5 sts to the left (place 5 sts on a pigtail needle before work, knit the following 5 sts on the right, then knit the 5 sts of the pigtail needle to the right). 11. R: Knit the sts as they appear. Repeat 1st to 12th Rs.

Mesh test (GR): 13 M x 16 R = 10 x 10 cm.



Back: Cast on 61/67/73 sts and knit 7 cm in BM. Continue to knit in the GR. Mark armholes 35/33/31 cm from BM on both sides. 18/20/22 cm from the marking of the armholes at the same time work the neckline and the shoulder bevel: for the shoulders in each 2nd row bind off R 2x7 / 1x8 + 1x9 / 2x10 sts, for the neckline cast off the middle 27 sts, then on both sides in each row Cast off 3 times 1 st.

Front: Cast on 61/67/73 sts and knit 7 cm in BM. Continue as follows: 14/17/20 sts in row, 15 sts in cm (increase 5 sts: 5 sts twice every other st) and knit 37/40/43 sts in row = 66/72/78 sts Mark the armholes 35/33/31 cm from BM on both sides. Sleeve: Cast on 26/32/38 sts each and knit 7 cm in BM. Continue to work in GR, increasing 5 x 1 st each side on both sides = 36/42/48 sts. From BM on arm side, bind off 37 cm for BM on both sides 1 x 2 sts and then in each 2nd row alternately on both sides Dec 1 st until piece height reaches 10 cm, then bind off remaining 10/16/22 sts.

elaboration: Close the shoulder, side and sleeve seams. Pick up 74 sts at the neckline and knit 4 cm in BM, then bind off all sts. Sew in the sleeves.

Material: 250/300/300 g Nude-Rosé color 9 "Dito" (44% polyamide, 28% alpaca, 28% mohair, running length 175 m / 50 g) by Lana Grossa, knitting needles Nos. 4,5 and 5,5 (if Loosely knit) or 5 and 6 (if you knit tight - it is important that you get the details in the stitching), 1 pigtail needle.

Federal pattern (BM): 1 st crosswise left (pierce the back mesh st, so that the st will be twisted once), 1 st crossed right (insert into the back stile so that the st will be twisted once) alternately.

Smooth right (GR) with thick needle: Rowing right, back rows left.

Cable pattern (ZM) over 28 M with thick needle: 1st R: All M right. All back rows: Knit the M on the left. 3rd + 5th R: All M right. ROUND 7: Put 7 sts on a pigtail needle before work, knit the following 7 sts on the right, knit the 7 sts on the right, place 7 sts on a pigtail behind the work, knit the following 7 sts on the right, then the 7 sts Knit M the needle right. 9th R: All M right. Back: Cast on with thin needle 64/68/74 and knit 3 cm in BM. Continue with a thick needle in the size of knit, spread 9/9/11 sts = 73/79/85 sts. Sleeve: Cast on 36 sts with a thin needle and knit 3 cm in BM. Continue to knit with a thick needle in the GR, increasing 3 sts in the first row = 39 sts. For the skew on both sides for size S in every 16. R 5 x 1 st, size M in each 12.R7x1, size L in each 10 Increase .R9x1M = 49/53 / 57M. Cast off 41 cm from BM for arm ball on both sides in every 2nd row 10 x 2 sts, then cast off the remaining 9/13/17 sts.

elaboration: Close the shoulder seams and pick up 80 sts at the neckline with a thin needle and knit 8 cm in the BM, then bind off all sts loosely and sew the trim inwards. Close the side seams. Close the sleeve seams and sew in the sleeves.
