Stephen Stills is 63 years old. He has written music history with Crosby, Stills & Nash. And at least one life changed. It was a song of his that made Ray LaMontagne move from one minute to the next. In 1991, LaMontagne was 17, working in a shoe factory in Maine. But "Treetop Flyer" made him throw everything and even write songs. Pulling the guitar through pubs, organizing your own performances, selling demo tapes with your own hands; the whole ox-go of the pop-shop. Only in 2004 he recorded his first record, and today LaMontagne is one of the most successful songwriters in America.
