What a generous proposal: CDU and CSU threw the plan into the race in the last race,? Well-educated? Mothers who want to get back to work quickly pay a home help allowance for the first few months.

That's a nice idea? but the same parties have just successfully campaigned for mothers who care for their children at home to receive the controversial care allowance.

Money for work, money for the home Stay? how then? Sure, we could of course only be happy if there is something for free. But at second glance, this suggestion shows that within the government, there are at best very different views on family policies. More likely is the assumption that you probably want to make it right with regard to the election to all people. There is something for both sides of the debate.

But, people, it will not work that way! First: women? Either you want? Families? promote, or you leave it? you can not always do everything that has to do with children automatically under "women's problem"? Staples. And well trained? Does that mean non-academics should continue to pick up their own mop? Also not really thought over, somehow.

No, if you want to be re-elected, Can not you just blow out some half-baked ideas every few weeks and hope there are enough fans? You just have to explain what you think about family and work? want, and why. The care money has not worked properly, the benefit for all parties is, let's say friendly, doubts. And the counter-arguments are the same again with the domestic help bonus: Would not it be smarter to invest the money in a better day-care network? And, if you still have money left over for such campaigns, or a very hot insider tip: All Germany, left and right, is totally dissatisfied with our school system? but there is always shortened. It is, I believe, no politician has been finished by the voter because he wanted to have better schools.

So, thanks for the offer? but with the money you could make more meaningful things to promote families. And in return, we can just keep vacuuming ourselves.
