Mac Miller: That's how his mother is happy about the Grammy nomination

Mac Miller's ("Swimming") posthumous Grammy nomination for best rap album this Friday beats high waves. Now even his mother Karen Meyer spoke up and shared the official Instagram message on her own Instagram account. She garnished the post with two angelic emojis, praying hands and black hearts, which are supposed to clarify her grief.

Mac Miller, whose real name was Malcolm McCormick, died exactly three months ago of an overdose of fentanyl combined with cocaine and alcohol. He was only 26 years old. His biggest contender for the Grammy 2019 seems to be the also nominated Cardi B (26).
