The verdict in the Gina-Lisa trial has fallen

The verdict has fallen: Gina-Lisa Lohfink has to pay 20,000 euros (80 daily rates of 250 euros). The 29-year-old TV star was found guilty on Monday in Berlin on charges of false suspicion.

The prosecutor said earlier: "Ms. Lohfink has not been the victim of a sexual crime, she has lied and deliberately misled investigators."

It can be assumed that Gina-Lisa will appeal against this verdict - she had previously announced.

In the morning, the 29-year-old said in court, "We women must stick together, I thank those who testify here, it's all very hard to endure if you're so tormented, I did not think that was possible in Germany."

An evaluator also found that there was a high probability that no knockout drops were involved in the night.

Sebastian C. had rejected in the process the charge to have raped the model. "It was consensual sex," he said in court. "We had fun for three."

Several times the process had been interrupted, among others after Gina-Lisa had burst into tears. On one of the trial days of one of the sex videos in question, the judge played on a laptop and turned the screen away from the audience. After her own lawyer had asked her to watch the clip again, Gina-Lisa's tears came, she had to leave the room.
