Elton John: He brings his sons to the stage after the show

Two nights, music legend Elton John (71) stopped at New York's world-famous Madison Square Garden as part of his "Farewell Yellow Brick Road" tour. It will be his last tour on his own account, where he wants to say goodbye to his fans once more and "with a big bang" with more than 300 concerts worldwide. The reason for his withdrawal, however, is not the age of the singer or emerging fatigue after over 50 years in show business, but his two sons Elijah (6) and Zachary (8). After the long time on tour, husband David Furnish (55) and the children have priority for the 71-year-old.

But even during the world tour, which started in September 2018 and should last for a full three years, John does not abandon his family. So he even brought his two sons to the stage at the Madison Square Garden concert and posted a picture on his Instagram account after the show, showing him and the two children together on stage. "Very proud that my sons were able to join me on stage last night, the perfect ending to a magical night," the singer wrote under the photo.
