Pass ranking: The Germans enjoy the greatest freedom of travel of all
How privileged we Germans are, can we also read that we are allowed to travel with our passport to as many countries as no member of another nation? without having to get us a visa before.
No one else is allowed to travel to as many countries as we do without a visa: There are 158. A passport from Singapore currently comes in second place with 157 visa-free states. Visafrei in this ranking means: You can enter a country without a visa, or you can get at the entry.
After all: The freedom of travel is increasing worldwide
The good news in this unjust world: The freedom of travel is always increasing? whether this will remain the case in times of growing nationalism, however, is questionable.
In comparison to 2016, the inhabitants of the Marshall Islands have gained the greatest freedom of travel with 35 new countries, followed by Palau with an additional 34 countries. The Peruvians gained 31 countries last year.
