Finally the time has come! Model Hana Nitsche (32) has become a mother for the first time. That's what she let her fans know via Instagram story on August 18th. Already during the pregnancy, the former "Germany's Next Topmodel" candidate repeatedly shared pictures of her growing baby ball and said that she could hardly wait for the birth of her little daughter. Now is the newly mum with her little family back home? but the post does not stop there.

The snapshot in her Instagram story (disappears after 24 hours) bears the title "The unglamorous truth about the after-baby-body that nobody ever talks about", With still roundish belly, the model stands unadorned in front of the mirror and holds a vial in the air. But that's not all.
One particular detail catches the eye of the beholder: Nitsche wears a diaper for adults, into which she has put a small cool pack. She writes: "Let's be honest, ladies, the way to the old body is not nice." Nevertheless, the 32-year-old shines all over her face. She has every reason to do so, as she obviously knows: "Happy baby, happy mom".
