Plus-size-models chase advertising campaigns so cool

We see them on television, on the posters at the train station and in every magazine in the kiosk: we are talking about advertisements in the fashion industry. Whether Calvin Klein, Burberry or Tommy Hilfiger - they all have something in common: on every spot or photo, models, it-girls and fashionistas in dress size 34 smile at us. And we ask ourselves, when can we finally see new garments on women who have curves and with whom we can identify better? Buzzfeed has made it possible now.

The American media company has now recreated the current fashion campaigns of popular labels with plus-size models. And the result impressed us. All the women who participated in the action looked amazing in front of the camera and can more than match the original snapshots. Whether the fashion chains to stimulate in their future advertising campaigns often resort to women with realistic body shapes? We would very much like it anyway.

"This portrayal is very important to us, because every human being has the right to feel beautiful without a fool coming with useful advice around the corner," says Sheridan, one of the models of the BuzzFeed project. She is right!
