The crux of the matter: Both Harry's deceased mother Diana and Duchess Kate can make use of the beautiful jewelry. Kate wore a tiara at a state banquet for Spanish royals.

The reason is not least Meghan's behavior. She still would not have managed to behave royally. It is up to the Queen to decide by whom the crown jewels may be worn. However, it is also a question of hierarchy who owns the royal jewelery anyway: Diana and Kate have had a higher rank than Meghan.

Above all, the one ban on the ban on jewels and the related statement to the public is: Prince Harry. He argues, "What Meghan wants, she should get!" However, Prince Charles, Harry's father, forbade Meghan to wear a royal tiara on her visit to the Fiji Islands in October.
