In addition to the sweaty endurance sessions, the American also special strength exercises for the stomach and arms on the program. According to the insider, Meghan "already has a real six-pack of all the sit-ups and abdominal exercises she does." Regular sauna courses should also help the brunette beauty to detoxify her body.



No carbohydrates, no alcohol

But those who now think that the mission of a royal dream body has been successfully completed, are deceiving. The Duchess in spe should also screwed to their diet for the wedding and have, inter alia, carbohydrates almost completely deleted from their diet. Instead, their meals currently supposedly consist mainly of vegetables, fruits, a little quinoa and a lot of water and herbal tea.
