"Bernd" Höcke, whose real name is Björn Höcke, became prominent in his legendary speech in which he described the Berlin Holocaust Memorial as a "monument of shame". For all those who have replaced the notorious phrase meanwhile, here again the original wording (sorry? Who you once repressed him, it will do again):
We Germans ? and I'm not talking about you patriots who have gathered here today? We Germans, our people, are the only people in the world who have planted a monument of shame in the heart of their capital.

A memorial for Bornhagen
Berlin is far too far away for the art and history-interested Höcke! With the public transport he needs hours to get from his home in the tranquil 270-soul village Bornhagen on the Hessian-Thuringian border in the capital. Philipp Ruch, a member of the group, said to the mirror:
We know everything. If he falls to his knees in front of the monument and asks for forgiveness for the German crimes during the Second World War, let us believe the sincerity of his purification. Then, for the time being, we will rescind civil society protection of the constitution and do not publish piquant details from his life.
Of course, the fun will eventually stop there for most of them. In any case, there is no agreement for such methods by Gerhard Schramm, the Thuringian state chairman of the Jewish community, who described the action towards the Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk as "well intentioned but badly done".
The police are currently investigating whether a criminal offense exists? possibly the artists have to expect because of the knee-jerk demand with investigation for coercion or generally for re-enactment.
