Donald Trump makes fun of the Oscars

The ratings for the 90th Academy Awards last Sunday were as low in the US as never before in history. Reason enough for Donald Trump (71) to make fun of it on Twitter.

On Tuesday morning, the US president apparently had nothing more important to do than chitchon: "The lowest ratings of the Oscars in the HISTORY The problem is that we have no stars - except your president (of course, just a joke)!"

Trump leaves hardly an opportunity to prick

Trump obviously has a problem with Hollywood. He barely misses an opportunity to taunt the famous stars of the dream factory. About the three-time Oscar winner Meryl Streep (68), he once said that she was "one of the most overrated actresses" of Hollywood.

About Alec Baldwin (59), he recently scolded Twitter that his "dying and mediocre career could only be saved thanks to the terrible parody of Saturday Night Live." Baldwin regularly slips into the role of Trump for the show, earning a lot of praise - just not from the US president.

Even moderator legend Oprah Winfrey already got her fat from the US president on Twitter. The weak ratings seem to have been Trump's time to eat a lot to spread a few broadsides?
