Chris Brown: Now he's starting to backfire
No question, Chris Brown (29, "Questions") has quite a bit of a hitch. But is he also a rapist? A 24-year-old French woman claims the rapper raped her at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris on the night of January 15-16, after which he was arrested on Monday (January 21). Together with a friend and his bodyguard, he is said to have lured the woman into his suite and abused her.
Although the investigation is in progress, Chris has been released and allowed to travel back to the US. Meanwhile, his French lawyer Raphael Chiche tweeted that Brown rejects any allegations and instead submitted a defamation lawsuit against the alleged victim.
The rapper posted a photo on Instagram and wrote: "I want it to be completely clear: this is wrong! Never! For my daughter and my family that's so disrespectful and it's against my character and my morality!" Thus, the page "Rolling Stone" quotes the now deleted post.
