You need this:

• - felt mat (5mm thick) or felt mat (diameter ca. 10cm)
• - Scissors
• - thin leather strap

That's how it's done

Cut the felt mat round (diameter 10cm) or take a finished felt pad. With the scissors a hole, about 5mm from the edge, cut.

Shorten the leather strap to a length of 16cm and thread through the small hole and knot it afterwards.

And already the cat toy is ready.
