Bremen "crime scene": Dad will be fine

A garbage truck has been murdered - and nobody cares. His colleagues seem neither really surprised nor affected and do what suspects and possible witnesses do in most TV crime fiction first: keep silent. Only Sascha seems to want to talk. At least a starting point for the Bremen "crime scene" commissioners Inga Lürsen (Sabine Postel) and Nils Stedefreund (Oliver Mommsen).

dad is the best

Do you prefer to watch TV together? No problem! Every week, mystery fans in the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde community share stories about the current "crime scene" or police raid. Look and discuss with - in the "strand for all cases"!

Soon it turns out: In the garbage company in which the dead was employed, work many former crackers who have the same probation officer: Uwe "Papa" Frank (Roeland Wiesnekker) holds in the Chinese restaurant yard instead of the authority behind the desk to sit down and take care of his "boys" with a tenderly strong hand. All of them live in a street with a private day-care center and a car service, pay off their own homes and stay out of trouble. Finally, the probationer has a record 94 percent rehabilitation rate to defend. And that means: If you do not feel, you will feel the strict hand of the Padre ...

It takes awhile for "All my boys" to pick up speed. In the beginning, the creators spend a lot of time to explain the network around the community of garbage workers, disposal companies and probation officer Frank. The actual murder serves only as a hanger and moves quickly into the background - and thus his enlightenment. Of course, a "crime scene" may sometimes like to owe answers, but in the end you want to remain as a viewer at least with the feeling that the essential aspects are resolved. Unfortunately, the case "All my boys" does not succeed, in the end everything is wischiwaschi.

A bright spot is there Roeland Wiesnekker as probation officer Uwe "Papa" Frank. He is sometimes angry, sometimes sweet, sometimes strict, sometimes gracious. Once you have stuffed it in a drawer, it slips out quickly. In the end, it is he who brings justice. "It will probably have to roll a few heads," says dad. Of course, we will not reveal what that will be.
