You need that for the brownies without sugar:
- 250 g kidney beans
- 100 ml of milk
- 80g wholegrain flour
- 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- Fruits as needed (to make the brownies even juicier)
This is how you bake sugarless brownies:
- Put the kidney beans and milk into a bowl and puree with a blender.
- Whole wheat flour, baking cocoa and baking powder mixed in a bowl.
- Add the eggs and the bean puree and mix everything to a smooth dough.
