You need that for the brownies without sugar:

  • 250 g kidney beans
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 80g wholegrain flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Fruits as needed (to make the brownies even juicier)

This is how you bake sugarless brownies:

  1. Put the kidney beans and milk into a bowl and puree with a blender.
  2. Whole wheat flour, baking cocoa and baking powder mixed in a bowl.
  3. Add the eggs and the bean puree and mix everything to a smooth dough.
  4. Add fruits like cherries, peaches, tangerines or raspberries to taste.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
