Arrow: The US series ends after the eighth season

With the eighth season of "Arrow" the story about Oliver Queen comes to an end: The series will not continue after, as announced by main actor Stephen Amell (37, "Private Practice"). The final season will also include only ten more episodes, much less than before. In the US, the finale will air from the autumn of this year, currently running season seven.

The action series is based on the DC comic character Green Arrow and has already drawn three spin-offs: "The Flash" about the fastest man in the world, "Supergirl" on the DC figure of the same name and "Legends of Tomorrow" with the supporting actors the other series. The station has promised a big crossover of the four series in the final season.
