Kim Kardashian: Because of her "Kimojis" she has to go to court

Anger at Kardashian-West: App developer David Liebensohn, who has created the popular "Kimojis" with Kim Kardashian (38, "Kepping Up With The Kardashians"), feels betrayed. Since 2015, there have been more than 250 Kardashian clan self-referential emojis, from luscious rumps to hubby Kanye West's "Yeezy" sneakers (41, "Gold Digger"). Liebensohn accuses the reality star, according to the portal "TMZ" breach of contract.

In 2014, Kim Kardashian approached David Liebensohn for a collaboration, but the patent application left him out. "She had promised us 60 percent of the profit on 'Kimoji'." The star's reasoning was that one of Liebensohn's partners had revealed private information about her - but for the app developer, according to the lawsuit, this is just a pending reason to cancel the deal. He now demands $ 100 million (about € 88.4 million) in reimbursement of court and attorney's fees and estimated loss of earnings.
