4 reasons why you should not miss the new Franken "Tatort"

1. Because Fabian Hinrichs is now officially "crime scene" investigator

Fabian Hinrichs end of 2012 played in the hearts of the "Tatort" fans as a loveable, if exhausting investigator Gisbert Engelhardt. On the side of Udo Wachtveitl and Miroslav Nemec he had in the episode "The Deep Sleep" a short appearance as a new colleague who would have almost brought the two commissioners to their heads - and then, unfortunately, was assassinated far too early. This was followed, understandably, by protests on the Net, and Gisbert was wanted back. He is dead and still dead. But the "crime scene" world has at least the great Fabian Hinrichs back - as chief commissioner Felix Voss in the new Franken "crime scene".

2. Because this "crime scene" is so wonderfully normal

Excessive commissars, overdoses Slapstick and much too strange cases there are already enough at the "crime scene". This wears off over time. In Franconia they have tried something very old: just to tell a good thriller. With normal commissars without much quibble or dark secret. Long live the average, which in the end is not that average! We like that.

3. Because we look forward to Franconia

In the "crime scene" we are often traveling in the big city. The Franken "crime scene" but takes us to more rural areas. Although the homicide commission is based in Nuremberg, it is supposed to investigate throughout Franconia. The casting of the actors has also emphasized local flavor. Among them is actress Eli Wasserscheid, born in the Upper Franconian town of Bamberg (Commissioner Wanda Goldwasser), and Nuremberg-born actor and cabaret artist Matthias Egersdöfer as Michael Schatz, head of the crime scene.

4. So that we can have a say

Let's be honest: even if a "crime scene" was bad, have a say - and above all mitmeckern! - we always want. And that works a lot better if you actually know what you're talking about. So: Sunday night "Heaven is a place on earth" turn on. We are curious how your verdict turns out.
