Unusual accompaniment at the movie premiere

Dakota Johnson (29, "Fifty Shades of Gray") comes from a famous actor family. That gave her the honor of being accompanied by a very special person on the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie "Suspiria". Her top styled grandmother Tippi Hedren (88) was hooked on her arm over the red carpet.

The 88-year-old is not only the mother of Johnson's mother Melanie Griffith (61), but also known for her roles in the Hitchcock films "The Birds" (1963) and "Marnie" (1964). As an old horror film icon, she was just the thing for the film premiere of her granddaughter: Because the strip is the grim remake of Dario Argento's horror cult film "Suspiria".

A lost art: music in silent film (April 2024).
