A flower greeting by cake
This sight takes our breath away: the creations of CulinaryDots banish the concentrated beauty of a flower meadow on a cake!
Flower heads and rose buds adorn the richly decorated vegan pies - these edible works of art leave no doubt that Juliana Tar is a master of her craft. The Berliner runs a catering service with her raw food cakes and presents her skills on her Instagram account CulinaryDots.
Vegan raw food tarts - is that possible?
The pies are made entirely without milk, eggs, flour and sugar. How it works? Juliana creates the sweets according to the rules of vegan raw food nutrition: For the pies she uses only herbal ingredientsthat are not heated. The cake bottoms are prepared, for example, from nuts, seeds or dried fruits, while the filling is usually made from soaked cashew nuts, coconut oil and cocoa butter.
Fruit juices, agave syrup and avocado provide the special flavor. And of course, the cake artist has another flavor in store: From passion fruit, vanilla or pistachios, delicious creations such as the Passion Fruit Cheescake or the Raw Cheesecake with rose flavor!
