Please train, make the winter without chaos!

Love train,
I almost never complain about you. Although often enough the car is missing on the train, where my seat is reserved. Or lightning / railway strikes / trees (overturned) have made an adventure out of a harmless journey. I have never even made fun of the train drivers' English interpretations! I just like to drive around with you. You are getting more and more expensive, but that also applies to the car. On the train, I meet people I would not have met in a car. For example, my last neighbor told me in detail how to divert his doorbell to his iPhone.
Recently I bought my tickets for Christmas. Hamburg - Wuppertal, Wuppertal - Hamburg. It's also better when snow falls, I thought to myself. Now I am worried. Because new trains can not be delivered on time by Siemens. This eliminates important relief and reserve trains. This is even worse when snow falls and could end in chaos.
Because you can wish for everything at Christmas, I just try: Please, dear train, it can still get out that people do not have to spend hours freezing at cold stations and commuters come reasonably on time to work. Somehow, you certainly can not force trains and passengers to stay overnight in the middle of nowhere. And this time you do not have to ask passengers to get off the train, so a crowded train can continue.
If something should go wrong, I wish at least one thing: Do not let your staff lose patience so easily. It is certainly no fun to give good-humored information to bad-tempered travelers. Good mood does not have to be, courtesy is enough. I would not like to be laughed at again by a railway man at the counter, just because I asked if there is a chance, despite snow, to come to Hamburg. And this at Christmas. (Incidentally, I recommend the train app or the hotline for such cases, both on a much more up-to-date information stand than the local staff.)
But I prefer to believe it: you can do it. Because Christmas is coming soon. And because you just have to fix it. Good luck and see you soon!
