#MySkinStory: "Who you are is what makes you beautiful"

Ruby's story

When Ruby was 13, she was injured herself because she felt she was not pretty enough. Today, the 17-year-old Briton faces # MySkinStory's campaign and tells her skin story. She has learned to love her scars and believes today, "Who you are is what makes you beautiful."

About # MySkinStory Campaign

As part of the #SmileyStory campaign, the Bio-Oil brand, better known in Germany as Bi-Oil, has called on women to share their body stories online. These stories are designed to help other women develop a new and healthy sense of self and body and to feel comfortable and beautiful in their skin. And in every skin? no matter if with scars, stretch marks, dents or without. The stories of the women are being filmed now.

For every story shared online, the company donates a pound sterling (approximately 1.30 euros) to one of the following three charity organizations: the British Skin Foundation, Look Good Feel Better, and The Iolanthe Midwifery Trust.

Women can share their stories on the Bio-Oil Facebook page as well as on Twitter using the "myskinstory" hashtag.
