Mini apartment 24m²: This space-saving idea is genius
What happened?
A small living miracle: The man in this video has bought a small, run-down shed for little money, and in it, a spacious, luxurious apartment - on only 24 square meters.
24 square meters? That's practically a small garage!
Indeed. And enough space for a spacious room in a shared flat. But a complete apartment? Seems rather impossible at the bottom. But with a bit of ingenuity and craftsmanship, everything really takes up little space, which one needs to live.
And how does the magic trick work?
Through a sophisticated system of drawers and folding furniture that disappears invisibly into the wall after use and does not take up any space.
I can still imagine a flat screen TV - but that does not work with a complete housing equipment?
But. Behind a flat flap is a fully equipped kitchenette; complete with stove, large oven, worktop, sink - and a not exactly small fridge.
And the bed?
This is pulled out of a narrow sofa, and comfortably accommodates two people. And the sofa is at the same time a spacious window sill shelf.
But there's no bathroom in there, right?
But, even that - in the room is a glass shower cubicle, about the size of a telephone booth. There are also hidden compartments in the back wall for everything you need in the bathroom.
And is there a hole in the floor somewhere instead of a loo?
No, on the contrary: The toilet even gets as the only object in the apartment a completely separate room. And since the builder of the mini-apartment is a man, he has immediately built a complete reading shelf for literature in front of the toilet bowl.
HM I dont know. I still can not really imagine that.
Pictures say more than words: In the video you can see exactly how the miniature apartment is presented in detail by its inventor and builder!
