intestinal cramps

Light food

The otherwise so healthy fiber whole grain bread, pungent muesli and raw food overuse a sensitive intestine. He does not get too well spiced rice dishes, steamed vegetables, light soups.

Tea with peppermint leaves

The tea has an anti-spasmodic effect on the muscles of the stomach and intestines and also helps against flatulence. Pour a teaspoon of leaves over a cup of boiling water, infuse for five minutes, then strain through a sieve.

peppermint oil

The preparation works in a similar way to the tea made from peppermint leaves. Best in capsules. They dissolve only in the small intestine and thus protect the sensitive stomach.
