Horror error in routine surgery? Woman dies in agony

In a Russian hospital, a medical error led to a terrible tragedy: During a routine procedure, a 27-year-old female patient was put into her blood instead of saline.

The agent is commonly used to preserve bodies. It slows down the decay process and makes the lifeless body look rosier. In addition, formaldehyde is known for its carcinogenic effect.

Terrible agony

For Ekaterina F., the material meant a much too early, agonizing death. After the faulty injection, she suffered from terrible pain and cramps for two days. "She was trembling all over," the grieving mother told dailymail.

"I put on her socks, then a bathrobe and put a blanket over her, but Ekaterina was shaking so much that I can not describe it."

After two days in agony, the 27-year-old fell into a coma. She was attached to a respirator and transferred to a hospital in Moscow. Only there should the chief physician mother and husband of the patient have cleared up.

Mother should cook chicken soup

"There's a medical error, she's in a coma now, her heart, lungs, and liver have stopped working," the relative told the family.

When the patient's heart stopped, doctors tried to revive her, but the damage to her organs was too severe. Ekaterina F. is said to have awakened from the coma one last time before she fell asleep forever.

The mother of the deceased now raises serious charges against the physicians from the clinic in which her daughter was given the deadly remedy. Among other things, she states that the doctors first let 14 hours pass before they took action.

She should not worry and cook chicken soup, they would have told the relatives. The guessed, "They just wanted me to go away and hide everything."

On April 7, Ekaterina F. was buried. The case is currently under criminal investigation. Her mother has already made her judgment: "This is pure murder," she said according to media reports. In any case, it's a terrible tragedy!
