Get up to your bacon! These women show us their belly

Young women - and men too - want to show their best side on Instagram. Fitness selfies by well-trained people show flawless body and no grams of bacon. But where does the self-love always stay with all the perfect staging? Gina decided to consciously oppose the image of the "perfect body".

Self-love instead of self-doubt

Gina once suffered from an eating disorder. As she writes in her Instagram pics, for a long time, she was only interested in "self-control": how many calories do I consume each day? How long do I have to work out to lose those calories? In which angle do I look best? Questions that no longer seem relevant to her today. Much more important is to love oneself, including one or two grams of bacon. The only question Gina faces today is why our feminine curves are not accepted by the selfie and Instagram society?

With #embracethesquish against the diet craze

With the hashtag #embracethesquish Gina faces the odd image of the perfect body. Nobody should be ashamed of his body? everyone should be proud of him instead. Every gram is nice to you! Meanwhile, Gina has around 75,000 followers who are diligently posting pictures of their "imperfect" body? and support each other.
