8:15 pm, ONE, Charlotte Link: The Betrayed

In the middle of the night retired police chief Richard Linville (Robert Pickavance) is torn from his sleep. A hooded man has invaded his house: he tortures Linville to death. Only a little later, his daughter, the London Scotland Yard official Kate (Peri Baumeister), arrives - not only to organize the funeral of her revered father, but also to do her own research. The local police chief Caleb Hale (Dirk Borchardt), who actually does not progress, does not like that.

The policeman Matteo Lechner (Emilio De Marchi) and his colleagues rush in Munich after three young men who have beaten the kiosk owner Latif Kara so brutally that he is in a coma. It is unclear whether the father of three children survived. Surprisingly, Carlo Menzinger (Michael Fitz) appears in the Munich police station of Lechner. Carlo wants to marry and asks his former mentor and friend to become his best man. Lechner is not quite as enthusiastic as Carlo hoped.

Dr. Tilmann (Harald Krassnitzer) is a respected but merciless lawyer. A man who polarizes and has enemies. Only with luck he escapes a car bomb attack. Together with her colleague Jürgen Simmel (Hinerk Schönemann) Marie Brand (Mariele Millowitsch) exposes the suspect Finke, whose wife Gloria von Tilmann (Nadja Becker) had been harassed until she took her own life. Finke admits the attack and commits suicide. The case seems solved. But Marie does not believe that Tilmann escaped the attack only by luck.

A shock to village policeman Sandy Wilson (Steven Robertson): His grandmother is shot dead in front of her house. Nobody wants to think of a crime on remote Shetland Island, more like a hunting accident. In question comes a drinking-loving relative. Detective Inspector Jimmy Perez (Douglas Henshall) does not believe in misfortune, because broken glass suggests an intrusion. What would anyone want from the destitute widow? Only her farm, in whose place the enterprising Duncan (Mark Bonnar) like to build apartments, could be of value.

The name of the Seibt family, manufacturer of baby items, stands for family, happiness and a healthy world. All the more it shakes when one finds the bodies of the managing director Edwin Seibt (Rüdiger Kuhlbrodt), his lover Anuschka (Nina Lommen) and his wife Carola Seibt (Gabriele Schulze). Apparently, Carola jealously shot her husband, his lover, and finally himself. Only Marie Brand (Mariele Millowitsch) is convinced that appearances are deceptive, and begins with her colleague Jürgen Simmel (Hinnerk Schönemann) to determine.
