Captain Marvel: New "Special Look" trailer makes you want more

On March 7th, the first big superhero hit of the year will be released in Germany: "Captain Marvel". Oscar winner Brie Larson (29, "Room") takes on the role of the title heroine and has among other reinforcements of Samuel L. Jackson, Jude Law and Ben Mendelsohn. Although the band plays in the 1990s - before the events of "Avengers: Infinity War" - yet he is eagerly awaited, not only because of any post-credit scenes. A new "Special Look" trailer has now revealed more scenes and makes you want more.

"It's only the beginning"

It seems as if fans travel with "Captain Marvel" back to the origin of the Avengers idea. The nearly one and a half minute clip that was uploaded to YouTube, shows how an even younger Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) meets for the first time on extraterrestrial forces and beings. He has her power demonstrated by Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel. Although Fury seems skeptical, but also fascinated. "I've never seen anything like her," says Fury. Finally, you hear his agent colleague Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) say, "Do you think you can find others?" Fury's answer: "It's just the beginning."

But that's not all. It is also about intergalactic warfare in the fight against the Skrull, who mingle on earth with the people. The new scenes provide insights into the transformation of the Skrull. Likewise Ben Mendelsohn is shown as Skrull leader Talos. In addition, Brie Larson receives a fight hour at Jude Law. He is her mentor. "You have to let go of the past," he warns. "I do not remember my past," she replies simply. There follows his warning: "Control it!" While her hand is already transformed.

What is also not missing - as in every Marvel movie - is a dose of humor. So Fury makes fun of the grunge look of Carol Danvers, while she kidding him, that he carries the logo of his organization as a secret agent on the clothes. But he does not let that sit on him, after all, they own a superhero suit.

The fans seem to like the new material in any case. There is a lot of praise in the YouTube comments. The scene compilation impresses, Brie Larson convinced and the anticipation rises.
