Breast fat: So you get rid of the sub-bacon bacon

Although there is no technical term for the sub-bacon bacon, most women probably know what is meant: The bacon rolls between the upper abdomen and breasts, which can have both thin and strong women. The reason for the breast fat at this point is often a high fat content in the body or simply the genes.

Sometimes, however, this under-the-chest roller is not an indication of too much body fat, but simply that the bra is not optimally seated. Wearing comfort is very important around the underbust - here, the waistband should not be too tight, but also not too loose, so that it constantly slips. As a rule of thumb, if two fingers fit under the waistband, the bra fits well.



What you can do against the bacon rolls

If the bra fits perfectly, and yet sub-bacon bacon wells out, you can integrate some exercises into your daily routine that tighten the breast tissue. An effective exercise, for example, is when you press your palms together. To do this, you angle your arms to a right angle and press your hands against each other at chest level. You do this for about 30 seconds and at least ten times. Also push-ups (also on the knees in a weakened version), crunches, squats and sit-ups are good exercises against the fat pads under the bosom. In most cases, they also shape the abdominal and back muscles.

Can you do away with the breast fat?

A targeted intervention to remove a bacon roll under the breast is not made. When an operation is considered, it involves tightening the entire chest area. Or, you just let the fat melt away.
