Difficulty: heavy Time: about 15 to 30 minutes each
Tinker hair jewelry - for this you need:
- Shoji paper from the roll, 28 cm wide (www.origami-papier.eu)
- scissors
- white thread
- pink drawing ink (www.idee-shop.de)
- something "Pearlescent Colibri Gold" (www.kremer-pigmente.com)
- Acrylic binder (www.idee-shop.de)
- pink foam and golden rubber band (craft supplies)
- cutter
- 1 sheet Tyvek (www.amazon.de)
- Hair clips and braces
- hot glue
Make hair accessories - how it works:
Clasp (top): From the shoji roll, cut a 20 cm wide strip, fold in half lengthwise, then gradually narrower until the paper is used up. Then fold over the ends of the folded strip so that it fits exactly on a hair clip. Wrap with yarn. Immerse in water diluted ink and a mixture of acrylic binder and gold pigments. The white area was left out. After drying, stick to the hair clip.
Clasp / Rubber (center): Cut the foam into narrow strips, lay it in waves and wrap tightly with either twine or rubber band. Can be used as a braid or pulled on hair clips.
Blossom (below): Gild the Tyvek bow with a mixture of acrylic binder and gold pigments and fold into the kanzashi flower. Put on hairclip or rubber band.
