Sponge Roll: Recipes for a delicious retro trip

How can you roll up a sponge roll without it breaking?

After baking, first loosen the biscuit with a knife from the edge of the sheet. Then lift the dough with the baking paper from the tray and tumble on a sweetened towel. If you can not believe it, you can also sugar-coat the biscuit, put on a towel and then put on a second plate. Then turn both plates together. Peel off the baking paper - if it sticks, briefly put a damp, cold towel on the paper.

Now there are two ways to continue: either curl the biscuit hot with the sweetened towel, let the sponge roll cool down and then roll it out again and fill it. Or moisten a second dishcloth slightly and place it on the dough, allow the sponge cake to cool and then spread with the cream and roll up.
