Feel-good scents for cold noses

Get an icy tip of the nose while walking through the Winter Wonderland - but no bathtub in the house? Then a facial steam bath not only warms the nose. This is how it works: Put boiling water in a large bowl. Depending on the skin type, add sage oil (oily skin), rose oil (dry skin) or camomile (sensitive skin). Hold your head over the steam, towel over it and indulge in the steam for 5 to 10 minutes. The fine droplet film prevents too much liquid escaping from the tissue. Excess sebum is washed away, wrinkles are smoothed out. Afterwards cream well!

Frostbaked feet thaws a footbath again. So the heat rises guaranteed from the toes up: 1 tablespoon mustard powder or rosemary oil in a bowl with about 5 liters of hot water.
