In terms of self-love Instagram is not necessarily our friend - after all, we are overwhelmed there with photos of perfect beach bodies. And that does not help us make friends with problem areas and present ourselves on the beach confident in a bikini.

That's why we love the honest Insta photos that show us reality or inspire self-love. Rachel Spencer is such a woman that motivates us to be more self-confident.

In a photo comparison shows Rachel, which calls itself a "satisfaction and success coach," what it means to stand by his body. She shows a picture of herself at the age of 13, wearing a bathing suit, which she covers with her arms. She describes the photo with the signature "Low Self-Confidence". The other photo shows the 26-year-old confidently in a bikini with a radiant smile on her face. Below the photo reads: "Queen of self-love".

"I was looking for a good caption, but this photo just makes me sad when I look at it," Rachel writes to her post, adding:

"Let me ask you a question: who taught this little 13-year-old girl to cover his belly, why does she think her body is not good enough for a picture?"

The reason for hiding was bullying at school. Boys would have called them thick. Thirteen years later she recovered from the insulting comments. She loves herself and her body. That's why she has an important and great message to all exaggerated self-critical women hiding their bodies on beach pictures:

"Do not let other people's opinions spoil the fun and time with your friends and families, do not be afraid, your imperfection tells a story, your bodies are beautiful, you are beautiful."
