1. Vaseline
The good old Vaseline. You are almost a beauty miracle product. It helps with dry lips, conjures soft feet overnight and? yes, it also helps with chafed areas on the inner thighs. You can use them preventively and smear a blob on the insides of the thighs (by the way, runners and cyclists have been doing for years), then it slides nicely and there is no friction. You did not make it before? Then a layer of Vaseline cream on it afterwards, that relieves the irritation.



2nd Deodorant
Now they're going crazy, you think? Nah, deo really helps when you've run a wolf. In people who sweat a lot, the skin can swell by one to two millimeters. But who rolls his deodorant over the thighs for a change, minimizes the swelling? and that in turn leads to less friction. Very simple math.

3. Let it slide
Some athletes use special skin protection products in front of long units: Bodyglide are called and avoid blisters and chafing. The creams penetrate quickly into the skin, are abrasion resistant and mostly waterproof. Once applied, you can smoothly stroll through the day - even with slightly thicker thighs.



4. Shape it, baby
The most reliable method to prevent the thighs rub: fabric. Shapewear brings our thighs back into shape, for example. The only problem: In the summer we really want to carry less with us. But then at least points one to three remain.
