You love the sporty challenge and want to be very active in ski holidays? Then nothing like in the Austrian Nassfeld! With 110 kilometers of slopes and many different chair and ski lifts, it is the largest ski area in the Carinthia region. In the snowboard arena and the snow cross park you can try fun sports like bikeboarding, snowcycling or snowblading. A must for active winter sports enthusiasts who do not want to miss a good deal of action and like to try something new.



HOW DO YOU GO? By plane: Three airports surround the ski area: Klagenfurt, Ljubljana and Trieste. With the low-cost airlines you fly already from 19.99 euros. Tip: Free ski buses run throughout the region, depending on the zone between two and six times a day.

Snowboard paradise: Laax

Only one and a half hours by car southeast of Zurich, 220 kilometers of slopes cover one of the most varied ski areas in Switzerland: Laax, in the canton of Grisons. Pure Wellness: Kronplatz
