Michael Bublé: So his family survived the bad time

Michael Bublé (43, "love") owes it to his wife that he has had one of the worst experiences that parents can make. When he was a guest on "Carpool Karaoke" by "The Late Late Show" host James Corden (40), Bublé talked about his son's cancer diagnosis. The singer revealed that he was at first the one who kept the family together, his wife Luisana Lopilato (31) but then took over this role.

"When all this started, I was the strong guy who somehow drove us and held us up and tried to be positive," said the 43-year-old Grammy winner. "When they got [the cancer out] and the chemo was done and they said, 'We made it, it's good, it's fine,' I just fell, my wife is holding me now."

A true superhero

In 2016, Bublé and Lopilato received the devastating news that their son Noah, who was only three years old at the time, was diagnosed with cancer. Although the boy is feeling better now, it is still "painful" to talk about it, Bublé said in Corden's show. When he heard the diagnosis back then, "my whole life ended," the 43-year-old continued.

The singer thanked the doctors at the Los Angeles Children's Hospital and relatives and parents-in-law for their support during this difficult time. He also talked about Noah's bravery during the seven months that the little one had to endure treatments and chemotherapy: "He loves Spider-Man and I always say to him, 'Spider-Man is unbelievable, Superman is unbelievable, but they are not real. You're a superhero, you're my hero, my real superhero. " In addition to the five-year Noah Bublé and Lopilato have son Elias (2) and daughter Vida, who was born in July.
