Heart-warming action: Pink interrupts concert for 14-year-old girl
That Pink (38, "Beautiful Trauma") has a heart for her fans, she has proven many times already. But her last fan action caused a real goosebump moment. At her concert in Brisbane, Australia, she suddenly stopped her show to hug a fan and earned a lot of applause.
"That meant a lot to me"
14-year-old Leah Murphy had previously held up a poster saying, "My name is Leah, I'm 14. My mother died last month, I'd love to hug you!" When the "Funhouse" interpreter was told by other concertgoers, she interrupted her song and asked the crowd where Leah was. Without further ado, she hurried into the audience and hugged her young fan.
