Hair: Blond and fine

Weightless care

In contrast to brunette women with an average of around 90000 hairs, blondes can have up to 150,000 pieces on their heads, but these are particularly fine and often dull for many women. Blond hair care products therefore contain transparent ingredients that prevent the hair from forming a grayish haze. Sometimes there are also golden yellow or silver pigments in it, which make the color a bit more intense, but do not change it. UV filters protect against fading by the sun.

Against the grain

Do not let your hair dry, but blow dry over the head. If you use a special volume foam in front of it, the splendor lasts longer (eg "Liquid Hair Aufbauschaum" by Marlies Möller). An application spray gives more targeted, where otherwise everything flat rests (eg "Blue Lotus hair dryer-Active Styling Spray" by Guhl, "Three Weather Taft Volume Power Hair Dryer Spray" by Schwarzkopf). Spray only on the hair roots and not on the scalp (see drawing). Wax, shine spray and cures that are not rinsed and complain the hair, use only in the tips of long hair, otherwise the hair fall together.

Finely rinsed

Unfortunately, many color gloss rinses are too heavy for fine hair (exception: "Sheer Blonde Volume Conditioner" for fine hair by John Frieda). Compromise: combine a blond shampoo for color shine with a very light conditioner especially for fine hair (eg "color gloss blond shampoo camomile" by Guhl, "Nutri-Gloss Light care conditioner" by L'Oréal Paris, "Brilliant Blond Shampoo "by Nivea Hair Care). If the hair becomes too flabby, use the conditioner only in the tips and in places that are prone to scratches.

Color tricks for more grip

A bleaching puffs up the hair structure and immediately gives more volume. But as she also attacks the hair, highlights are the best solution for sensitive hair. A hairdresser can color it to suit your needs.

The best cut

Maximum chin-length hairstyles are perfect for fine hair: it does not hang out, but is long enough for a voluminous styling. If you have fine, but lots of hair, you can cut very thin steps under the top hair. These shorter "support hairs" give the hairstyle more standing. Whether steps help in the lengths, you have to try, in some they look zippelig.

Volume on the fly: Toupieren

From time to time even fine hair tolerates this method for volume: hold strand by strand and use a brush to brush hair towards the neck. Carefully comb to remove it and use a conditioner after washing in the whole hair. Attention, split ends: do not buff more than every three weeks.

D rather not!

Perms make fine hair seem fuller, but they strain it too strong. The renewable approach is then strikingly flat. And in the meantime, perms have not been around for a long time anyway ...

Beauty test

Beauty Resort Manager Christa Möller wanted to know with which styling products her fine blonde hair gets more volume

approach spray

Comes to the hair after washing. It's best to blow-dry and then spray. For the subsequent finish when blow-drying brush against the grain, that gives a nice stand.

foam

The hair is neither weighted nor glued. It feels nice to the touch, and the volume accompanies me throughout the day. The product keeps what it promises.

spray lotion

The active ingredients should penetrate deep into the hair and strengthen it. I feel like it's drying out The spray lotion does not work so well with my fine hair.
