David Cronenberg: cult director working on a TV series

Award-winning Canadian director David Cronenberg (75, "eXistenZ") is now on TV. While he has been able to celebrate many great successes on the big screen, he now wants to produce his own TV series at the age of 75. He told this on a panel at the Venice Film Festival.

His first experience in the series area would not be, because he has already worked on individual episodes for other TV projects. "Today's television is getting bigger and bigger and therefore the difference between watching movies and watching at home has become thin", says Cronenberg according to "Variety".
