These pictures are really touching: when the Ames Fire Dapartment in the US state of Iowa is called to a house fire, the firefighters do not hesitate long and save not only the family from their burning house, but also cat Cleo, who is trapped in the basement because of the flames was.
And the rescue came in the last second: because when the men penetrate to the animal, it is already unconscious and does not breathe. But the firefighters are prepared and have an extra ventilator for animals in their luggage: "We know that animals are also family," explains the Fire Department on Facebook.
In the end, the tireless efforts have paid off. After 30 minutes, Cleo can be revived and taken to an animal hospital. Cleo has regained all neurological functions and will fully recover.
