A three-story cake for the 60th Birthday

It is a real showpiece, our three-tier birthday cake with raspberry cream. But so much magic is also work: You should at least take six hours of time for the preparation. Baking times and cooling times are not included in this calculation.

You need a cake grid, a fresh paint brush, cake rings for baking in the diameters 25 cm, 20 cm and 15 cm (alternatively Springformen with 26 cm, 20 cm and 18 cm diameter), adjustable cake rings for insertion and 3 cake boards.
