Yoga after waking up - gives strength for the day

When the alarm rings in the morning, probably most of us jump up radiant with joy. Instead of pressing the snooze button for the third time, take a few minutes for yourself and your body. Because with just a few movements you start relaxed, stretched, wide awake and balanced in the day.

Deep breaths in the abdomen and slight twists of the spine expel the night out of the body and gently rev up the circulation. Carefully perform the stimulating and balancing exercises as your muscles are still cold in the morning. Have fun stretching and yawning!
