Too thick for the runway? This model posting goes around the world

I just returned from Tokyo / Japan, where Louis Vuitton held a beautiful cruise show in Kyoto, I just never made it to Kyoto cause I canceled the show due to be? Too big ?. (I'm a size 34-36) Ashley Brokaw's caster Alexia had said that there were some problems during the fitting. According to her I had "a very bloated stomach", "bloated face", and urged me to starve myself with this statement? Ulrikke needs to drink only water for the next 24 hours. I was shocked when I heard it. I woke up at 2am and was extremely hungry. The breakfast starts at 6:30 am? I had the absolute minimum. I was afraid to meet Alexia so my luck she didn? T arrive until 8am when my plate was taken off the table. She said good morning to me and the other girls and looked at me, then down on my non-existent plate and up at me again. She was checking if I had been eating food. At 7pm Louis Vuitton had chosen to cancel the show without the refitting and I was going home. Not only did I have a belly, my face was puffy now so my back was a problem. I am glad I'm 20 years old with an elite sports background and not a 15 year old girl, because I have no doubt about it my adult life. When you look at the latest pictures of Fashion Weeks and their models on TV or on the Internet, there is always a bitter aftertaste. Because everyone really stands out: Most young women on the catwalks are simply very thin and do not always have a good influence on female teens. It is particularly shocking when one hears that just those models should be TO DICK. The network is currently dealing with the case of Ulrikke Hoyer. The Danish model reports on her Instagram channel about negative experiences she made during a casting for Louis Vuitton in Kyoto, Japan.

So shocking and life-threatening are the requirements for models

Under her latest Instagram and Facebook post, the 20-year-old writes:

After a 23-hour journey, I arrived in Tokyo at night. On Thursday at 3:30 clock I had my fitting. That day I had a very small breakfast and drank only water and tea before trying it on because that's how we do it all? I tried on my dress and coat, changed my shoes and pants several times (?). Immediately afterwards I got a call from my agency, which told me that I would have to come to the fitting again the next day. (?) Later, my French agency called me and told me that the bookie Alexia said there were problems during the fitting. In her opinion, I would have had a very bloated stomach and a puffy face. She suggested: "Ulrikke should only drink water for the next 24 hours." (?)

That evening, Louis Vuitton invited all the models for dinner and karaoke and I stayed hungry at home in bed. I did not want to sit opposite a woman who just said she thinks I do not need food. At half past two in the morning I woke up extremely hungry. Breakfast started at 6:30 and I ate the bare minimum. I was afraid that Alexia would be there too, but fortunately she did not show up until 8am when my plate was cleared. She said "Good morning" to me and the other girls and looked at me. Then on my non-existent plate and then back on me. She checked that I had eaten something.

Before I could come to the rehearsal the same day, I got the call from my agency that Louis Vuitton decided to kick me out of the show and put me back on the plane home.

On the Internet, the statement of the young woman causes consternation. No wonder, after all, the model looks on all her photos already above average thin. We can only hope that the viral and public post of the Dane ensures a rethinking of the designers.
